Memorial Day

1. Memorial Day is  the federal holiday in the United States to remember the people who have died while serving in the country's Armed Forces.
2. Memorial Day is celebrated the last Monday of May every year.
3. A few ways to show respect on Memorial Day is to volunteer to lay roses at a veterans cemetery or visit a military monument.

5. There are going to be many Memorial Day events across Mid- Ohio Valley.
6. I could take a moment for silence for the fallen veterans.
7. Memorial Day is a nice thing to do. But, there should be more veteran cemeteries here in the west coast. The majority of veteran cemeteries are in the east coast. I have been to the Arlington National Cemetery in the summer of 2017. But, that is in Virginia. It was nice to see the changing of the guard, it was very entertaining, but very nerve racking. I went to Washington D.C and Virginia and saw many presidential and veteran related things. The trip most contained us visiting presidential graves or monuments. It was overall fun.
