They examine and diagnose disorders and diseases of the lungs. They consult with the patients to find the correct type of treatment. They order tests to find the illness and help diagnose their condition.

Education:

They require a degree in medicine from an accredited school and is licensed to practice. It also may be required to have 2-4 years of pulmonary medicine experience.
